The WAVIoT RM-130 module is highly integrated, cost-effective, smart radio, sub-1 GHz wireless node solution composed of the integrated radio transceiver and a low-power ARM® Cortex M0+ CPU. The highly integrated RF transceiver operates over a wide frequency range including 868MHz, 915MHz in the license-free Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) frequency bands. This configuration allows users to minimize the use of external components.
RM-130 is based on industry-leading low energy MCU, which allows ultra-low power consumption during a sleep cycle, and significantly decreases active mode consumption for maximum power efficiency. WAVIoT RM-130 supports WAVIoT NB-Fi, LoRa, SigFox and conventional GFSK and ASK modulations for maximum compatibility and design flexibility.

The WAVIoT RM-130 communicates with the host devices (MCU or PC) over AT serial interface.
A simple set of commands is available for the developer to set various parameters such carrier frequency, data rate, etc. and sent useful data via WAVIoT or other supported protocols.
15 GPIO lines can be configured as UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, PWM, etc. for interfacing with various sensors and external devices.
